HOSHIZAKI
MAKES STRIDES WITH ITS ROX WATER ELECTROLYZER
NSF approved
Hoshizaki America continues
to make progress with the new ROX Water Electrolyzer. The ROX 20TA-U has
been approved by NSF as a hand, utensil, and food rinse system.
-
Hoshizaki ROX reduces harmful
germs and bacteria without using harsh chemicals.
-
Electrolyzed water is the result
of a combination of tap water, salt and electricity.
-
These elements combined produce
one of the most effective means of cleaning.
-
It significantly lowers the
presence of microorganisms, pathogens, and viruses, and has been proven
effective at removing bacteria.
-
With the combination of alkaline
and acidic water, we are able to wash and sanitize food and food related
items without the use of chemicals.
Research studies on ROX electrolyzed
water technology were conducted by the professors at the University of
Georgia, Auburn University, Louisiana State University, and Penn State
University.
In addition, Hoshizaki America
has ongoing research projects which are monitored by FDA, USDA and local
government health officials. The FDA has approved the units for use within
commercial restaurant and food service environments. |
